Function features
1. Both of the warp wire and weft wire are pre-cut by wire straightening and cutting machine. And line wire will be placed by manual and feeding trolley, cross wire will falling automatically.
2. Servo motor control line wire automatic feeding system
3. The welding power comes from pneumatic, with the advantages of pressure is consistent, stable and easy to adjust.
4. Pulling mesh system uses servo motor, in this case the mesh size is adjustable and accurate.
5. The controlling system adopts Mitsubishi PLC, all the parameters are input by touch screen.
