1. The automatic wire mesh welding mahcine is our latest machine. The wire mesh welding machine can produce both mesh panel and roll mesh.
2. The longitudinal wire is from coil wire. The cross wire is pre-cut. The machine will pull the mesh back and forward.
3 The machine can welding wire diameter range from 2.5--5.5mm.
4 The automatic wire mesh welding machine adopts PLC system. Very easy to operate. The control cabinet has touch screen.
5 The wire mesh welding machine produce width of mesh max 2500mm. The mesh opening min 50x50mm max 300x300mm. The mesh opening can be adjustable according to your requirement.
6 The pulling mesh system is controlled by servo motor. Pulling the mesh back and forward recycled.
7. The wire mesh welding machine need factory power at least 80KVA to supply machine running.
8 The application of material; low carbon steel wire, galvanized wire, ribbed wire and so on.
